Box Y Lucha 1485 claims this was the one and only time Guerrero and Santo faced in a singles match.

Guerrero appeared to awarded the win and the title by referee Eddie Palau, only for commissioner Manuel Munoz to overrule the result and hand the belt back to Obrien. Guerrero was DQed for having used a punch during the match and suspended him. Guerrero, EMLL and NWA all protested the decision, and Guerrero got the title three weeks later instead. Appears as if Munoz overturned the planned outcome in later retellings, though it's not totally clear.
